Redesigning and decorating your home isn’t always easy, with such a variety of paint colours, fabrics, furniture and accessories to choose from it can sometimes be quite daunting. For those of you that live in a period property, this can also add to the stress factor even more. How do you decorate a period home to make it look fresh and current yet still in keeping with the properties features?

Well fear not and look no further than Latham Interiors, a specialist interior design firm based in Bath that focuses on period properties and in particular are specialists in Georgian and Regency interiors.

The signature Latham look can be characterised as classic English mixed with a contemporary twist.  They help their clients create their dream homes, whilst at the same time respectfully work with the period features of their property to enhance the look, whether they have decided to go with traditional interiors or a modern style. But don’t just take our word for it; their projects speak for themselves, from a classic Georgian Townhouse in Bath, an late Georgian-early Victorian house in Clifton, Bristol and Georgian Country Houses in Derbyshire, Suffolk and Oxfordshire.

Founder of Latham Interiors, Sarah Latham is an accomplished Interior Designer who studied at both the Interior Design Institute and National Design Academy before founding the design firm in 2010, she is also the daughter of renowned conservation architect Derek Latham, famed for his work on the Victoria Quarter in Leeds. Naturally, Sarah developed a passion for Georgian interiors from an early age.
