Nutmeg are excited to announce a new series of dining experiences created to showcase the different regions of India like you have never tasted them before. Each ‘Nutmeg Nights’ event will celebrate the many regional cuisines of India, offering a four course tasting menu and locally inspired drink pairings to accompany each dish.

The first in the series of this exciting culinary journey looks to explore the region of Punjab, along with four specially created gin cocktails. Passionate about sharing India’s food history, Nutmeg’s head chef has created a bespoke four-course tasting menu reflective of this rich and fragrant style of cooking. Every course will be coupled with a unique gin cocktail that has been designed especially to accompany and compliment the food.
Future events that are yet to be announced will cover New Delhi cuisine paired with wine in May and a Tamil Nadu tasting menu paired with local IPA’s that will take place in July.
Nutmeg is fast gaining a sterling reputation in Bristol and has been a shining addition to the city’s food and drink scene since opening last year. Proud to use locally sourced ingredients such as meat from the prestigious Ruby and White butchers, fish from Charles Saunders, and vegetable and grains from Bristol Sweet Mart, the Nutmeg Nights series will without doubt, leave Bristol’s bon-viveurs with a unique and inimitable fine dining experience.
