New Bristol sixth form V6 begins second year

The co-educational school offers 26 different A-level courses

Fairfield High School and Colstons’ Girls’ School’s successful joint venture V6, a co-educational sixth form, provides an inspirational environment enabling students to flourish and achieve their personal ambitions within a centre boasting multiple suites of classrooms and study areas, as well as a common room.

Students benefit from teachers of both organisations teaching on site, making the transition to further education a smoother process. Furthermore, V6 offers an impressive 26 A-levels and a growing number of vocational Level 3 courses.

V6’s diverse community is united by the drive every student and teacher has to make exceptional progress, grasp opportunities and achieve ambitions.

Amanda Bridgewater, Vice Principal at Fairfield High School comments, “We’re really excited to be in the second year of working with Colston’s Girls’ School and look forward to collaboratively delivering a wealth of enthusiasm, passion and knowledge.”

V6 is located next to Colston’s Girls’ School, Cheltenham Road, Bristol BS6 5RD. Visit the website www.v6bristol.org to find out more.
