Get your skates on

Bristol’s best ice rink is back!

This winter At-Bristol Science Centre is pleased to announce the return of the Millennium Square Ice Rink! Wrap up warm for a seasonal skate and experience the magic of real ice next to the spectacular sparkling dome of the Planetarium. Gliding around the city centre square is the perfect treat whether you’re a speedy skater or a wobbly wonder!

Each year the ice rink proves more and more popular with everyone from pre-school children to grandparents getting involved. As well as regular skating for families (including the ‘Little Boots’ under-8s sessions) each evening you and your mates can strut your stuff on the ice as the Planetarium becomes Bristol’s biggest mirror ball during the ‘Disco Boots’ night-time sessions. Look out for announcements of special events including film nights coming soon too!

As if that wasn’t enough At-Bristol will also be offering all kinds of winter fun inside and out from November onwards. Crafty elves can try their hands at laser-cutting Christmas decorations in the science centre’s new Tinkering Space. Whilst the festive fun continues outside with bars, chalets, a miniature train and a 35m high SkyView Wheel offering stunning views of the city.
