There has been so much interest on the new Corsham Rise development that two showhomes are opening early
Huge interest in the new homes under construction on Cotswold Homes’ Corsham Rise development in the Wiltshire town’s Potley Lane is so high that the company has brought forward its plans to open two fully-furnished showhomes.
This month finishing touches are being put to the properties planned to demonstrate the firm’s understanding of the way today’s families like to live. Its approach – which has proved popular with buyers across the region – is to create homes with flexible use of space. Typically the ground floor features a spacious ‘hub’ incorporating an open-plan kitchen-dining-family suite with French windows opening on to a garden which comes ready turfed and enclosed with all properties.
Visitors to the showhomes will be able to see how Cotswold Homes puts its no- hidden-extras policy into practice. The purchase price includes the ‘big five’ fully-integrated Smeg appliances – oven, hob with a feature hood, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher – as well as a range of standard features. They include semi-pedestal basins to maximise floor space in bathrooms, chrome towel rails and contemporary vinyl flooring. Others are ample built-in wardrobes in some bedrooms and stylish fixtures and fittings.
Many of the homes planned for this year at Corsham Rise already have been reserved off-plan, giving buyers the opportunity to personalise their finishes with a variety of kitchen, tiling and flooring options.
They can also benefit from Cotswold Homes’ new GameChanger package which, subject to terms and conditions, offers help with moving costs – notably payment of stamp duty or estate agency fees or carpets.
Prices of the new homes start at £315,000. For more details or an appointment to view the showhomes visit the marketing suite. Alternatively contact agents Andrews, 01179 461799 or Strakers, 01249 652717 who can also advise on the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.
